Donations of Materials
So you have some books, DVDs, CDs you want to give away....
Book/DVD/CD Donation Criteria
Materials must:

- • Be in new to gently used condition
• Not smell or show evidence of mold, mildew, pets,
pests, or basements
• Not be encyclopedias or Reader’s Digest
Condensed books
Once materials are donated, they are:
- • Evaluated to see if they should be added to the
library’s collection
• Checked against Better World Books which pays
money for some titles
• Added to the book sale table / reserve area
• Shredded if they did not meet above criteria
