Winter Reading Program

    Begins: Monday, January 9th!
Ends: Monday, March 19th (the last day of winter)

Taking part is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

    1.         Read: any book you like: print, e-book, magazine, newspapers, or on-line articles.  If you are reading aloud
to someone else, that counts too!
    2.        Record: track the minutes that you are reading.  For every 15 minutes you read, fill in one of the circles in
    the reading log.
    3.        Earn Fabulous Prizes!   For each log you complete, you get to pick a prize out of our prize basket and
have your name entered in the final drawing.  Anyone who gets BINGO will get their name in an extra three times
    for the final prize drawing.

    Q&A

    1.        Do I need to register? No.  Just bring in your completed log to claim your prize.  Your name and minutes
will then be entered in the official log.
    2.        What if I need more logs/bingo cards? Stop by the library to pick one up.
    3.        Do I have to play bingo?  No, you can just record minutes, or you can just play bingo, or you can do
both.  Bingo is for people who want to challenge themselves to read outside their comfort zones.
    4.        How long does the program run?  Officially it begins Monday, January 9th and will run through Monday,
March 19th, the last official day of winter.
    5.        Can I count my reading before January 9th?  Sorry, please limit the minutes you count to between
January 9th and March 19th.  Thank you!
    6.        When does the final drawing happen?  It will occur during the week after the official finish of March
19th.  Prize selection will be on a first come, first served basis, so try not to get stopped by a train on your way
    here.
    7.        How many bingos can I get?  Just one per card, please.
    8.        Can my company/business donate a prize?  Yes!  We will give you credit on our website, Facebook
page, and at the library.  Thank you for your generosity!
